Usage Rights Policy

Standard Business Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing, No Hustle Media deliverables include standard business usage rights.

Standard business usage rights allow you to use final delivered files for your own business marketing, including:

• Website content
• Organic social media posts
• Email marketing
• Sales pages
• Product promotion
• Service promotion
• Offer promotion
• Launch content
• Internal business use
• General brand visibility
• Business announcements
• Simple promotional campaigns

What Standard Usage Includes

Standard usage allows the client who purchased the service to use the final delivered files for their own brand, business, offer, product, service, or campaign.

You may upload final files to your own website, social platforms, email marketing platform, sales page, checkout page, online shop, or business marketing channels.

You may resize, crop, or place the final files into your own marketing layouts as long as the files are not resold, redistributed, transferred, or used outside the approved business purpose.

What Is Not Included

Standard business usage rights do not include:

• Resale of final files
• Redistribution of final files
• Transfer to another business
• Use as part of a client project
• Use inside a paid product
• Selling the files as templates or stock assets
• Uploading the files to stock asset websites
• Claiming editable source files, prompts, or production files
• Exclusive ownership unless granted in writing
• Unlimited commercial licensing unless granted in writing
• Use across multiple brands unless approved in writing
• Use for misleading, unlawful, infringing, or prohibited purposes

Paid Advertising Usage

Paid advertising usage may require additional approval, licensing, or a written agreement depending on the package and project scope.

If you plan to use final files for paid ads, ad campaigns, sponsored promotions, paid social campaigns, YouTube ads, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads, or high-volume advertising, disclose this during the project request process.

Additional fees may apply for expanded paid advertising usage.

Expanded Usage Rights

Expanded usage rights may be available for an additional fee.

Expanded rights may include:

• Paid advertising usage
• Commercial licensing
• Extended campaign usage
• Use across multiple brands
• Use in client projects
• Resale or redistribution rights
• Exclusivity
• Source files or editable files
• Additional file formats
• Longer campaign usage
• White-label use

Expanded rights must be approved in writing before use.

AI Tool and Platform Terms

No Hustle Media may use AI tools, editing tools, design tools, video tools, and third-party platforms to create media assets.

Usage rights may also be affected by the terms of the tools or platforms used in production.

Clients are responsible for using final files in a lawful, ethical, and appropriate way.

Client-Provided Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any logos, images, videos, brand assets, music, testimonials, product claims, fonts, design elements, or third-party materials you provide to No Hustle Media.

No Hustle Media is not responsible for rights issues related to materials submitted by the client.

If you provide third-party materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those materials in the project.

Source Files and Prompts

Source files, editable files, raw AI generations, prompts, workflows, project files, production files, and behind-the-scenes production materials are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

No Hustle Media retains rights to its creative process, workflows, prompts, source files, project files, and production methods.

Ownership of Final Deliverables

Clients receive usage rights to the final delivered files according to the package purchased and any written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, No Hustle Media does not transfer ownership of its processes, prompts, source files, editable files, workflows, templates, or production systems.

Portfolio Use

No Hustle Media may display final work, sample assets, previews, mockups, or project examples in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or promotional content unless confidentiality is requested and approved in writing before the project begins.

Client-sensitive information will not be intentionally shared without permission.

Confidential Projects

If you do not want your project shown in No Hustle Media's portfolio, website, marketing, or social media, you must request confidentiality before the project begins.

Confidentiality requests must be approved in writing.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, transfer, expanded use, paid advertising use, or use outside the approved scope may result in revocation of usage rights and additional fees.

No Hustle Media reserves the right to request that unauthorized use stop immediately.

No Guarantee of Platform Approval

No Hustle Media does not guarantee that final files will be approved by every advertising platform, marketplace, social media platform, or third-party website.

Each platform may have its own rules, policies, and AI content requirements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing platform rules before publishing or advertising with final files.
