Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed after purchase.

No Hustle Media may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not required unless required by law or agreed to in writing.

Non-Refundable Work

Payments are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

• Project review has started
• Creative direction has started
• AI prompts have been created
• AI images or videos have been generated
• Editing or formatting has started
• Drafts, previews, or concepts have been created
• Final files have been delivered
• Client has delayed or failed to provide needed information
• Client changes direction after work begins
• Client no longer needs the content
• Client decides not to use the content

Project Review and Fit

Submitting a project request or payment does not guarantee that a project will be accepted unless the offer clearly states otherwise.

If payment is collected before review and No Hustle Media determines the project is not a fit before work begins, No Hustle Media may issue a refund, offer a different service, or provide another agreed-upon next step.

Client Delays

If a client does not provide required information, assets, links, approvals, or responses, the project may be delayed.

Client delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.

No Hustle Media may close or pause projects that remain inactive for an extended period.

Dissatisfaction With Creative Direction

No Hustle Media aims to create polished, usable content based on the information provided.

However, subjective preference alone does not guarantee a refund.

If revisions are included in the selected package, the client may request eligible revisions within the revision scope.

AI Content Limitations

AI-generated content can vary based on the tools, prompts, assets, references, and project details provided.

No Hustle Media does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be identical to reference images, perfectly realistic in every detail, or free from all AI limitations.

AI limitations or subjective preferences do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or submitted a duplicate payment, contact No Hustle Media as soon as possible.

Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be refunded.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact No Hustle Media first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback after work has started or files have been delivered may result in loss of access to services, cancellation of future work, and forfeiture of usage rights until the dispute is resolved.
