Project Review Required

Submitting a form, inquiry, or payment does not automatically guarantee project acceptance unless otherwise stated.

No Hustle Media reserves the right to review each request for fit, scope, timeline, available assets, creative direction, usage needs, and current production capacity.

No Hustle Media may accept, decline, request more information, or recommend a different service when appropriate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including:

• Business details
• Website or offer links
• Product or service details
• Brand direction
• Required assets
• Deadlines
• Usage needs
• Examples or preferences
• Any restrictions, claims, or details to avoid

Delays in providing information may delay project timelines.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any materials, images, videos, logos, testimonials, product claims, brand assets, or references you submit.

AI-Generated Content

No Hustle Media may use AI tools, editing tools, creative direction, and third-party platforms to create media assets.

AI-generated content may vary based on the information, references, assets, prompts, and creative direction provided.

No Hustle Media reviews final content for general quality, but does not guarantee that every AI output will be perfect, identical to a reference, or free from limitations.

Payment

Payment is required according to the checkout, invoice, or agreement provided.

No Hustle Media may require full payment upfront or a deposit before work begins.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Previously purchased services are not automatically eligible for future pricing changes, discounts, or promotions.

Turnaround Times

Any estimated turnaround times are estimates only unless a specific delivery date is confirmed in writing.

Turnaround times may depend on:

• Project scope
• Client response time
• Asset availability
• AI generation complexity
• Revisions
• Current production capacity
• Platform or technology issues

Rush delivery is not guaranteed unless approved in writing.

Revisions

Revisions are only included when listed in the package, invoice, or written agreement.

Simple revisions may include minor text edits, formatting updates, small visual adjustments, or light refinements within the original scope.

Revisions do not include:

• A full concept change
• A new offer or product direction
• A new script
• A new creative direction
• Unlimited replacement assets
• New work outside the original scope

Additional revisions or scope changes may require an additional fee.

Client Approval and Final Delivery

Final files are delivered according to the selected service.

Once final files are delivered, the project is considered complete unless revisions are included and requested within the stated revision window.

If a client does not respond within the requested review timeframe, No Hustle Media may consider the project complete.

Usage Rights

Final files include standard business usage rights unless otherwise stated in writing.

Standard business usage rights allow you to use the final delivered files for your own business marketing, such as website use, organic social media, email marketing, sales pages, service promotion, product promotion, and internal business use.

Expanded usage, paid advertising, resale, redistribution, commercial licensing, exclusivity, or transfer to another business may require written permission and additional fees.

Intellectual Property

No Hustle Media retains rights to its processes, prompts, workflows, drafts, source files, creative systems, templates, and behind-the-scenes production methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive rights to use final delivered files according to the usage rights granted with the service.

Source files, editable files, prompts, workflows, and raw generation files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Portfolio Use

No Hustle Media may display completed work, sample assets, or project examples in its portfolio, marketing, social media, or website unless confidentiality is requested and agreed to in writing before the project begins.

Client-sensitive information will not be intentionally shared without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use No Hustle Media services, deliverables, or website content for unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, defamatory, or prohibited purposes.

No Hustle Media may decline projects that involve restricted, illegal, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

No Guarantee of Results

No Hustle Media does not guarantee specific business results, sales, engagement, reach, conversions, ad performance, revenue, or audience response.

Final content is created to support your marketing, but results depend on many factors outside of No Hustle Media's control.

Website Content

All website content, copy, images, examples, designs, and materials are provided for informational and promotional purposes. No Hustle Media may update, remove, or modify website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, No Hustle Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, services, deliverables, tools, platforms, or third-party services.

No Hustle Media's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue.

Third-Party Tools

No Hustle Media may use third-party tools, platforms, software, payment processors, AI tools, and hosting services. No Hustle Media is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, policies, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.

Updates to Terms

No Hustle Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
