Deposit & Payment Policy
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
This Deposit & Payment Policy explains how payments, deposits, balances, project holds, unpaid invoices, and abandoned projects are handled by No Hustle Media.
By submitting payment, paying an invoice, purchasing a service, or starting a project with No Hustle Media, you agree to this Deposit & Payment Policy.
Payment Required Before Work Begins
No Hustle Media requires payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For small project-based offers, full payment may be required upfront.
For larger, custom, or extended projects, No Hustle Media may require a deposit before reserving project time or beginning work.
Full Payment for Simple Offers
No Hustle Media's simple AI media offers may require full payment upfront.
This may include offers such as:
- AI Promo Video
- AI Visual Mini Set
- Social Promo Pack
- Product / Offer Spotlight Kit
Full payment helps reserve project time, begin review, and start production if the project is accepted.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for custom projects, larger projects, rush requests, or projects that require additional planning.
Deposits are used to reserve project time, review the request, begin planning, and cover initial creative work.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once paid unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project Review and Payment
Submitting payment does not automatically guarantee project acceptance if the project requires review.
No Hustle Media reserves the right to review each project for fit, scope, timeline, available assets, creative direction, usage needs, and production capacity.
If payment is collected before review and No Hustle Media determines the project is not a fit before work begins, No Hustle Media may issue a refund, recommend a different offer, or provide another agreed-upon next step.
Balance Payments
If a project is split into a deposit and balance, the remaining balance must be paid according to the invoice, checkout terms, or written agreement.
Final files may not be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
No Hustle Media may pause or withhold work, drafts, previews, or final files if payment is overdue.
Payment Plans
Payment plans may be offered at No Hustle Media's discretion.
If a payment plan is approved, the client is responsible for all scheduled payments.
Missed, late, or failed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, withheld files, or cancellation of the project.
Payment plan payments are not automatically refundable.
Late Payments
Late payments may delay project timelines.
No Hustle Media is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid invoices, failed payments, declined payment methods, or client payment delays.
If payment is not received by the due date, No Hustle Media may pause the project until payment is completed.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the project may be paused until payment is completed.
The client is responsible for updating payment information and completing payment.
No Hustle Media is not responsible for project delays caused by failed payment methods, expired cards, declined transactions, or unpaid balances.
Project Holds
A payment or deposit may hold a spot in No Hustle Media's production schedule.
If a client delays the project by not providing needed information, assets, approvals, or responses, the project may lose its scheduled production spot and be moved to the next available opening.
Project holds are not indefinite.
Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, brand details, links, assets, examples, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
Client delays may affect turnaround time and delivery.
No Hustle Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, incomplete submissions, unclear direction, delayed responses, or late approvals.
Abandoned Projects
A project may be considered abandoned if the client fails to provide required information, assets, approvals, feedback, or responses within a reasonable timeframe.
If a project is abandoned, payments made may be forfeited and the project may be closed.
Restarting an abandoned project may require a new payment, restart fee, updated timeline, or updated quote.
Scope Changes
If the client requests work outside the original package, invoice, or agreed scope, additional fees may apply.
Scope changes may include:
- Additional assets
- New creative direction
- New offer, product, or service focus
- Extra revisions
- Additional file formats
- Expanded usage rights
- Rush delivery
- Custom requests
- New video direction
- New visual style direction
- Additional copy or messaging support
No Hustle Media may provide a revised quote or invoice before completing additional work.
Pricing Changes
No Hustle Media may update pricing at any time.
Quotes, invoices, checkout prices, and promotional pricing are valid only for the timeframe stated.
Past purchases do not guarantee future pricing.
Future discounts, promotions, or pricing changes do not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
Taxes and Processing Fees
Applicable taxes, processing fees, or platform fees may be added at checkout or on invoices when required.
Payment processing fees are handled by third-party payment platforms and may be subject to their own terms.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact No Hustle Media first to resolve billing questions or payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback after work has started, previews have been created, or final files have been delivered may result in cancellation of the project, loss of access to services, and suspension of usage rights until the dispute is resolved.
No Transfer of Rights Until Paid in Full
Usage rights for final files are not granted until the project is paid in full.
No Hustle Media may withhold final files, usage rights, or delivery until all required payments are complete.
